- Prepare daily deposits & assist with remote deposit capture.
- Enter & apply approved credits to customer accounts.
- Analyze transaction information and invoices to identify refunds, delinquent accounts, and insufficient payments.
- Experience with three-way matching.
- Prepare and disburse invoices to customers.
- Reconcile transactions with statements.
- Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Payment applications.
- Scanning.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience with NetSuite preferred, but not required.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, and reliable.
- 2-year degree preferred.
