  • Prepare daily deposits & assist with remote deposit capture.
  • Enter & apply approved credits to customer accounts.
  • Analyze transaction information and invoices to identify refunds, delinquent accounts, and insufficient payments.
  • Experience with three-way matching.
  • Prepare and disburse invoices to customers.
  • Reconcile transactions with statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Payment applications.
  • Scanning.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Must be professional, detail oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • 2-year degree preferred.
